This build was my first van build and as its family has evolved so has the vision for the way they want to adventure. This van is made to carry not only surfboards in its interior but also two outrigger canoes up top. The Rig Racks awning system is stored out of the way and easily setup to keep this family sheltered from the elements so that they can enjoy the outdoors while keeping some of the comforts of home. Our signature drawer system maximizes storage space with easy access to your camping/cooking items when you need them but when pushed in, is completely out of your way without taking up extra space, when you don’t. We invented a sofa/bed system for this van that allows you to go from seat to fully made bed in under a minute. We installed the interior LED lighting with our original light fixtures as well as three exterior LED light strips. Flip-up table, side table with storage cubbies, and wall bags are some other features we built as well.
The most recent addition to their family, created a need for more sleeping space, therefore another Rig Racks invention was developed, a cot was built over the front seats making this rig complete with bed for the kid.
